If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please return your unopened goods to activeskin.com.au within 14 days of purchase for a full refund*.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund on any goods that have been opened.

The customer is responsible for any shipping charges on returned goods unless the item(s) being returned are as a result of an error on behalf of activeskin.com.au

*All approved returns are credited back to the original credit card used to make the purchase. We do not offer product exchanges, only refunds. Therefore, all approved returns are firstly refunded and then a new order is created.

*Shipping charges of $10 will be payable if the returned product and subsequent refund reduces the original order spend to below the Free Shipping threshold (currently $195).
