The Activeskin Price Guarantee:

- Applies to all products and brands currently stocked on activeskin.com.au except GHD and Parlux brand products.

- The comparison price must be the everyday advertised price for the same product (size and type) including shipping costs. It does not apply to products that are on sale or on special or form part of any special promotion. The comparing price must also be showing the correct Australian Recommended Retail Price and include GST and other taxes where applicable under Australian law.

- The comparison product must be available for immediate purchase and delivery. It does not apply to products that are out of stock or not available for immediate purchase / delivery.

- The comparison e-tailers must be Australian-based operators and must be an authorised stockist of the product. It does not apply to overseas based e-tailers or auction sites.
