Application of Product

Use Napoleon Eye Pencils to line, define and colour the eyes with spectacular results.

Tip: Smudge pencil after application with a brush for a sizzling, smoky finish. Line above the upper and lower lash line with a touch of blue eyeliner—it brightens up the eye and accentuates the whites. Lining the inner rim of the eye with white liner makes the eyes appear larger and fresher since it reduces redness.
