Application of Product

Bloom Cleansing Wipes

Effectively removes makeup, including waterproof mascara. Has an invigorating cucumber scent. Doesn't irritate or dry out your skin. Great for travelling. However, the Cleansing Wipes are a bit on the small side; I need 2 to take off a full face of makeup.
