Willowherb – natural skin smoothing agent that is an anti-irritant
Palmitoyl Oligopeptide – stimulates cell growth, reduces depth of wrinkles, increases skin thickness, decreases overall skin roughness and helps correct discoloration

This gentle eye cream is not only soothing on tired puffy eyes but its ALL NATURAL. Don't be deceived by the small sized tube because a tear drop is sufficient to cover both eyes - any more than that is a waste of product. Works best when applied in light patting motions underneath and around eye area and allowed to sink in instead of rubbing into skin.
