The OPI Foot File can be used wet or dry. For best results, use after feet have received a fine-minute SOFTEN AHA Callus Softener treatment. Rinse feet and use the caurse (80 grit) side to quickly reduce rough calluses. Use the medium (120 grit) side to smooth and refine. Then, towel dry feet and apply SCRUB AHA Scrub, and buff skin to a silky smooth finish.

I really like this foot file because it fits conveniently into my busy lifestyle. I don't have a lot of spare time so being able to use it in the shower with a little soap works perfectly for me. It's also very gentle on tired dry feet and doesn't slip out of your hand when using it like other foot files or pumice stones.
