Skinstitut's Moisture Defence - Normal Skin is a lightweight, low oil, non pore clogging moisturiser designed to hydrate, smooth and reduce wrinkles on the skin. Containing 2.5% Synethetic Snake Venom (SYN®-AKE), a Synthetic Tripeptide that mimics the effect of peptide found in the venom of the snake Temple Viper. This material is very effective against mimic wrinkles by temporary immobilization of the facial contractions to smooth out mimic wrinkles so skin becomes more natural, younger and relaxed.

2.5% Synthetic Snake Venom (SYN®-AKE), Synthetic Tripeptide that mimics the effect of peptide found in the venom of the snake Temple Viper
Purisoft - protection of skin cells; purification of the skin
Kakadu Plum extract - contains up to 4% ascorbic acid making it world’s richest source of Vitamin C that is very stable
Mountain harvest - actives from these plants are rich in essential oils that promote calming and rejuvenation; proteins, carbohydrates, phytosterols, Hibiscin, Hisbiscic Acid and AHA
Canadian Willowherb - natural skin calming agent;anti-irritant; free radical absorbing ability; anti-microbial activity
Softolive - olive based emollient with excellent penetration, good lubrication against dry skin feel; relieves skin roughness and dryness; restores suppleness and flexibility
VitalHyal - shows all properties of pure hyaluronic Acid; provides excellent moisturisation
Vitamin E – antioxidant, protects from free radical damage thus preventing premature ageing
Trealix - excellent moisturising ability, stabilises cell proteins, revitalises cells
Transcutol P - good solubiliser and penetrating agent and carrier for AHA

Application of Product

Use as required, ideally every morning (immediately before application of sunscreen) and night as a final step in your skincare regiment
Dab the moisturiser around the fragile skin of your eyes, moving inward and upward
Next apply facial moisturiser by starting at the base of the neck and rub cream up to the edge of your jaw-line. From the centre of your chin move your fingertips up and out, always working the wrinkles in the opposite direction
Finally from the centre of your forehead, work moisturiser out and up towards your hairline

I purchased this along with the Skinstitut Glycolic Scrub. The scrub i would not recommend to anyone, the moisturiser was just ok. I would not buy it again and don't think it's worth the money i paid for it. My skin turned terrible as soon as i started using these 2 products.
