Apply to a dry cotton pad. Gently press onto the eyelids and wipe over area. Use a separate pad for each eye and another for the lips.

I have tried afew different eye make up removers in the past but nothing compares to this one. It's really gentle on my skin and it doesn't make my eyes sting. It doesn't have oily in it so it doesn't leave a residue on my skin when I use it. I really like using it.

I bought this after reading the reviews on activeskin and I adore this product. I wish it came in a larger bottle so I can use it as an everyday all over cleanser (just wipe with a cotton pad) like I have been doing. But the amount you do get is very generous for the price and you only need a small amount. It removes makeup really well except for true waterproof eyeliner (my Dior WP pencil liner does not smudge all day so I mean true WP). But the rare combined benefits of this remover are its pretty creamy scent, absolutely no oiliness or residue, non drying, doesn't sting at all and doesnt contain irritating ingredients. Love the white and blue bottle too. My new HG cleanser/remover.
