Vida Glow's Latest Innovation...Clear
Blog Credit: Vida Glow
Clear is the latest innovation from Vida Glow’s Advanced Repair range. It’s an over-the-counter 2-in-1 capsule listed with the Therapeutic Goods of Australia (TGA) and has been scientifically formulated for acne-prone skin.
What does Clear do?
Clear works on the gut-skin axis to:
- Relieve symptoms of acne
- Decrease pimples, blackheads and oily skin
- Soothe skin inflammation
- Nourish good gut flora
- Support wound healing
Targeting the key causes of acne and breakouts – including excess production of oil (sebum), overgrowth of acne-causing bacteria inside the pore and build-up of dead skin cells – with consistent, daily supplementation results from Clear can be seen in as soon as 1 month.
What are the key active ingredients of Clear?
Clear contains a synergy of skin-supportive ingredients, including an ingestible retinol, omega-3s and a powerful key probiotic, that work to restore skin health.
AcuSolve™
Clear’s hero probiotic, AcuSolve™, works on the gut-skin axis to nourish good intestinal flora to support healthy skin. AcuSolve™ is a strain of Lactobacillus rhamnosus and is one of the most extensively studied probiotic strains available. In a clinical trial, AcuSolve™ was shown to improve acne severity by 32% after just 12 weeks (1).
Omega-3s
Clear contains a vegan algal oil blend that is rich in omega-3s. Omega-3s help to relieve skin inflammation while supporting skin function and integrity. It does so by working to block the production of inflammatory molecules that are directly linked to inflammatory acne.
Vitamin A
Ingestible retinol (or vitamin A) helps regulate the skin’s sebum production to control oil and helps to support overall skin health by promoting skin cell turnover.
How does Cap-in-Cap technology work?
Clear was formulated using advanced cap-in-cap technology. This format allows us to combine Vida Glow's own trademarked probiotic, AcuSolve™, with key vitamins and omega oil actives into one compact capsule that holistically treats breakouts both in the short term and long-term. One daily capsule combining previously incompatible ingredients means a more streamlined and effective routine for acne-prone skin.
