From the very start, we had one goal: to shake up the world of hair styling with the very best tools. We created quality-designed tools that are stunning to look at, ergonomic, and use the very best and newest technology. We created tools that have your hair health in mind and perform extraordinarily.

Excellence shouldn’t be something you chase but something you live by and essentially style by. This is where it all started, an obsession with perfection that pushed us to create styling tools that are not only beautiful but make your hair last and look healthier after every use. We’re not just a styling tool brand; we’re an experience, from start to end, from excellent customer service and, yes, with a real Australian person.

How Stellar® Was Born

The lightbulb moment came when we realised something was missing in the world of styling tools. Sure, there are many options out there, but none of them ticked all the boxes: cutting-edge technology, premium craftsmanship, a real focus on hair health and integrity. So, after years of research (and more prototypes than we care to count), Stellar® was finally born, with its flagship product, the Omnia®.

There are plenty of styling tools out there at different price points, but the frustration comes when the same or similar pre-made, generic tool gets stamped with another brand name. Hence, all non-premium hair straighteners look similar.
It is frustrating that people don’t understand this and are overpaying for an inferior product.

With the extensive experience over countless years in the industry, I’m still amazed at the artistry, the community, and the excitement that the hair industry has to offer.

My journey began with an opportunity I’m still grateful for today. Setting up my own distribution company at 26 and getting thrown into an industry previously unknown to me was a challenge, but it has only created more and better opportunities. Overnight, I became the CEO of a top electrical brand with exclusivity within Australia and New Zealand. This brand is presently still the backbone of other well-known brands, such as the original irons from back in the day (we all know who!). In 2020, the brand's vision didn’t align with me anymore. Not much later, the design of the Omnia® was born, accidentally on a paper napkin over a coffee. With a drawing and a vision, we started to invest many years of developing and pushing engineering boundaries to bring you the Stellar Omnia®.

Stellar® is the only premium brand that is Australian owned. When we saw a massive gap in the market for premium styling tools, we knew we had to fill it. We teamed up with the very best engineers in Korea—leading engineers who were involved in the creation of the first stylers as we know them.

Together, we’ve crafted hand-made tools that are adored not only for their incredible performance but also for the fact that a secret mineral we infuse into the plates protects your hair. The Omnia® styler leaves your hair smoother, softer, and overall happier after each use. The best part? Your style lasts over 72 hours, even in humidity.

The Stellar Omnia® is packed with mic-dropping innovations such as the Thermal Vision™ Indicators, 7s heat-up time thanks to its triple heaters, ultra-lightweight at only 198g, Tap Phone for Education, registration, and so much more. Most importantly, as the plates touch the hair, we have infused 6x more minerals into the plates than the next leading brand.  With the highest concentration of Healing Mineral™ Therapy; your hair is now in good hands with healthy hair in mind.

What Makes Stellar® Superior?

Also, engineering-wise, we had to overcome the difficulties of a curved design and the unimaginable difficulties of creating a two-tone styler where two pieces of body plastic surround the plate. With plastic naturally expanding through heat, it was a nightmare to find a solution without causing snagging or pulling hair.
Like the Nano Pulse™ Technology, where the plates vibrate to push heat deeper into the cuticle because we have a touch screen, the sensors keep on sensing the pulses of the plates rather than a kinetic touch. We overcame all difficulties and are ready to give you Stellar hair!

Everything is made in-house, from the design stage to the finished product, to ensure that every tool meets our high standards.

Not to forget, we have the Stellar OmniFlex® Dryer which has been received very well. With its unique design, it is the most ergonomic dryer excellent for precision styling and as a bonus… easy storage thanks to its unique Flex design. This, combined with it being the lightest premium dryer (only 298 g), being so quiet, and the most powerful… we have another winner!

With hair health in mind, we infused our exclusive Healing mineral® Therapy into the coils of the heaters of the OmniFlex® dryer. On top of that, we introduced Care Mode to the hair dryer. This technology locks in moisture into the hair and makes sure hair doesn’t dry out while drying the hair. We always say, why use a styler that doesn’t damage the hair but still use a blow dryer that damages the hair?
